    The amount of capsules to the price of product is the best I have found for sea moss capsules and other forms of sea moss. Your are absolutely getting your moneys worth!

    There is little to zero flavour it may differ according to each person, as for myself I find there is zero flavour at all when taking the capsules and even an hour+ after taking the capsule I don't notice any odd flavour appearing.

    I find it quite easy to swallow with a drink of water or other beverages. It is what you would expect to be standard vitamin size not small, but not very big at all, so it should be easy to swallow for most people.

    There is clear directions of dosage (how much to take daily), and plenty of product information that is also clear and easy to understand.

    energy feeling better

    I have lots of energy in the morning from the moment I wake up. Before I’d always be in a bad mood at the end of the day for some reason but now I feel less stressed and my moods have changed for the better. I also noticed more bowel movements throughout the day.

    It easy to swallow and gives me lots of energy.

    I am enjoying the benefits of taking this sea moss product. I take 3 in the morning and I feel energized. I do my workout without any issues. I’m 62 years old and I feel great. This was my second order. My nails are not brittle anymore, and my hair is healthier. I would recommend buying this product. Elements wild crafted sea moss. Worth the price.
