Incorrect Shipping Address Provided

Q: What happens if I provided the wrong shipping address?
Once an order is placed, our fulfillment team works diligently to process and ship items as quickly as possible. If the wrong address was provided and the item has already been shipped, it is unfortunately out of our control to make any changes.

Q: Can you change the shipping address after I’ve placed my order?
We are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been processed and shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the address entered at checkout is correct before submitting an order.

Once a subscription order has been shipped, we do not issue refunds. Please ensure you manage your subscription before your next shipment is processed.

Q: What if I am unable to receive or pick up my shipped item?
If your package is sent back to us due to non-receipt, there will be a $8 fee for reshipping the item.

Q: How far in advance should I cancel or update my subscription?
We require a minimum of 7 business days before your next scheduled shipment to cancel or make changes to your subscription. Please make sure to act promptly to avoid your order being processed.

Q: Can I update my subscription (like changing the delivery frequency or product)?
