    Keeps me level headed in tense situations

    I am enjoying this ashwaganda very much. I don’t get some big rush of energy, it’s mild for me but I can tell a huge difference if I skip a few days. It keeps my mind at an easy level, things that would normally upset me no longer gets a rise out of me and I love that. I can think thinks through with a clear head. I’m trying to convince my fly off the handle husband to try it out. But I love it!
